Has anyone tried em? I'm thinking about swooping on this:

Not sure how 160mm arms would feel, though.

it would feel 15mm shorter than a 175mm crank, 10mm shorter than 170mm, 5mm shorter than 165mm ect ect

Haha, yeah, but how much of a difference would you feel if you normally ride 170mm? Spin faster?

i guess you would spin "faster" sense it is shorter by a few mm. would you notice? no, do you need short arms? no you dont. but its your call.

Alright, thanks. Only reason I was considering getting em is because this guy is selling them for $40 less than from keirinculture.com

but the ones on keirinculture are 165mm.

I'd stay away if you climb hills regularly. When I went from 165's to 170's, I felt a world of difference in the leverage on the hills.

Agreed. I haven't tried shorter crank arms but I would think it would make a big difference with torque and leverage.

Thanks, guys. I decided not to get the 160mm arms, but I did send the seller an email and asked if he'd sell me 165mm arms instead, and he said he might be able to do that for me.
