When I skid I feel my chain slip it feels like and when I pedal forward after I feel it slip back and then it rides normal again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

And my chain is tight and that doesn't seem to be the problem

I think your rear cog is loose. Try to tighten that and see what happens from there.

Could be one of two things. Either your lockring and cog aren’t on tight enough or your chainring bolts are loose. dont keep riding like this because if its your cog/lockring you could easily strip your hub. When you tighten your chainring bolt do it in star pattern.

Right on the money. Make sure your cog is tight before you tighten your lock ring.
